Terms and Conditions for Giant Homes Causeway Coast, Northern Ireland

Welcome to Giant Homes Causeway Coast, Northern Ireland, a holiday home management and letting company. We provide a range of services to holiday home owners and guests who book with us. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Terms
1.1 When booking with us, you must provide accurate and complete information.
1.2 Bookings are subject to availability and we reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
1.3 A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to secure your booking.
1.4 The balance payment is due 8 weeks before the start of your stay. If the balance payment is not received by this date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain your deposit.
1.5 We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may cause you to cancel your booking.

2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 If you cancel your booking more than 8 weeks before the start of your stay, you will lose your deposit.
2.2 If you cancel your booking less than 8 weeks before the start of your stay, you will be liable for the full cost of your booking.
2.3 We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In this case, we will refund all monies paid by you.

3. Check-in and Check-out
3.1 Check-in time varies from property to property but is generally from 2pm-5pm on the day of arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 Check-out time is by 10am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3 Late check-out may be available subject to availability and an additional fee.

4. Guest Responsibilities
4.1 Guests must keep the holiday home clean and tidy during their stay.
4.2 Guests must not cause any damage to the holiday home or its contents.
4.3 Guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy of the holiday home.
4.4 Guests must not use the holiday home for any illegal or commercial purposes.

5. Liability
5.1 We accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury to guests or their property during their stay.
5.2 We accept no liability for any disruption to guests' stay due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, fire, flood, or industrial action.

6. Governing Law
6.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
